Hi! I am a Board-Certified Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner with a specialization in Psychiatry and Mental Health. I strongly believe that each person has a unique story, and treatment is tailored specifically to their mental health needs. My goal is to provide you with compassionate and judgment-free care, as well as to work collaboratively taking into account your individual needs. I embrace a listening-oriented and holistic approach and empower individuals to collaborate in their healing process.

I am bilingual and fluent in Spanish and English. Incorporating education, medication management, different therapeutic modalities, and lifestyle modifications into my practice is essential. Integrative psychiatry as well as a functional approach is an approach I am passionate about.

I always start with an introductory session, where you will have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve. We’ll work together to figure this out! My goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing what makes you feel vulnerable. From that point on we will start your healing process together.
