Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) and board-certified art therapist (ATR-BC) who graduated from New York University’s Art Therapy program. My professional experience includes working with diverse populations across inpatient psychiatric, community-based, and underserved settings.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, creative, and client-centered. I believe therapy should provide a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported while developing greater insight into themselves and the patterns that may be affecting their lives.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can begin sharing what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the process. I understand that starting therapy can feel unfamiliar or vulnerable, so I approach the first session with curiosity, respect, and no pressure to disclose more than you are ready to share.
