Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years experience helping individual struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss. I began as a crisis counselor visiting families in the home and together created solutions that best addressed the crisis. I believe change can happen with a small step and a friendly ear.

My approach to therapy

I focus on creating a collaborative relationship. People are the expert in their own lives and I am privileged to help them make the changes they seek.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy to help individuals feel better and move forward in their lives.

What you can expect from me

My focus is to always create a safe and shared space for wellness and change to occur. My goal is to work with clients to help them see where they are "stuck" in life. I provide insights, strategies and build on their strengths. Therapy should be forever. With the right relationship, I believe people have the inner wisdom to help themselves.
