Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California, and I work with adults who may appear to have things together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that don’t reflect who they want to be, especially in their relationships.

Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware, but still find themselves overfunctioning, struggling with boundaries, or repeating dynamics they wish they could change.

I specialize in working with anxiety, trauma, and relational concerns, including boundary-setting, people-pleasing, and navigating complex relationship patterns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is attachment- and trauma-informed, with a strong focus on understanding how your past experiences continue to shape your current relationships and sense of self. I often incorporate inner child and parts-based work to help clients connect with the different parts of themselves that developed in response to those experiences.

Rather than focusing on adding more coping skills, I work with clients to explore what’s underneath the patterns that keep showing up. Together, we begin to understand how these patterns once served a purpose and how to shift them in a way that feels more aligned and sustainable.

My style is collaborative, grounded, and direct when helpful, while still allowing space for you to move at a pace that feels safe.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting a sense of what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping will feel different in your life or relationships. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, current concerns, and any patterns you’ve been noticing.

At the same time, the first session is also about helping you get a feel for me and how I work. I aim to create a space that feels grounded, nonjudgmental, and collaborative, where you don’t feel pressured to have everything figured out.

By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying some initial areas of focus and talk about what working together might look like moving forward. My goal is for you to leave with a clearer sense of direction and whether this feels like a good fit for you.
