Great to meet you!

Does your mind get overwhelmed with negative thoughts about yourself or your body? Do you have an inner critic that impacts how you think and feel? Do you long to build a stronger relationship with yourself? Self-criticism, spiraling thoughts, and negative self-talk can be exhausting and harmful to self-esteem and well-being. The way we treat ourselves and our bodies becomes tied to our identities, it shapes how we view the world.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Specializing in anxiety, depression, body image, self-esteem, and disordered eating, I offer individual art and talk therapy for adolescents and adults. In therapy, you will develop skills for challenging your inner critic. You will build a healthier relationship with yourself to step into your envisioned life.

What you can expect from our first session

Art therapy is my passion- embracing creativity and curiosity to help promote healing and work towards an empowered, stronger, and more compassionate relationship with yourself is my intention in our work together. Are you ready to be curious, creative, and explore?
