Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and all other minorities who have mood disorders, trauma, and/or substance-related addictions. I have been working in the mental health field for 5 years, primarily working in outpatient community agencies and residential substance abuse programs.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize a person-centered and holistic approach to sessions, which ensures that you’re the captain of this ship and I as your assistant as we navigate this journey together. This approach helps you to explore your own individuality and empowers you to create your own world filled with meaning, purpose, and authenticity.

What you can expect from our first session

I work with you to create a unique relationship where you can feel safe to laugh, cry, scream, or have any other emotions in between. I want you to leave each session feeling like you are one step closer to your overall life goal. I want you to leave feeling empowered, challenged, validated, and heard.
