Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I bring both professional experience and genuine humanity to my work. Before opening my private practice, I spent years as a social worker supporting individuals and families through moments of crisis and transformation. That experience continues to ground me in empathy, perspective, and a deep respect for resilience. In our work together, I show up with authenticity, curiosity, and compassion. I believe therapy is not about “fixing” but about reconnecting—to your truth, your strength, and your capacity to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, integrative, and grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity for healing and growth. I work collaboratively with clients to help them explore their inner world, understand patterns that may no longer serve them, and reconnect to their authentic self. My practice draws from psychodynamic theory, mindfulness, and parts work (IFS), but I tailor my approach to meet the individual needs of each client. I view therapy as a process of individuation—a journey toward becoming whole, self-aware, and connected.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a calm, welcoming space where you can begin to share what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore what’s been feeling difficult, what you hope to gain, and what support might look like for you right now. I’ll ask questions to understand your history and current circumstances better, but there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. This first session is about building a relationship—one grounded in safety, curiosity, and trust—so that you can start to feel seen, understood, and supported.
