Great to meet you!

Being board certified in clinical psychology as a marriage and family therapist, I believe taking care of your mental health is important. Gone are the days of therapy being stigmatized. If you are seeking help, you are choosing yourself! I have been working with children and families for more than 35 years in different capacities. I have been practicing therapy for more than 5 years, providing individual therapy for all ages. I look forward to meeting you and helping you on your journey to improving your mental health!

My approach to therapy

I want to understand what you need at this moment in your life. We will collaborate on what you need, to improve your mental health. Open, honest, respectful communication is key. I listen for understanding, challenge to help you stretch/ grow, and provide non-judgmental support.

What you can expect from me

I would like to meet you and understand your story. I want to know what you need during our therapeutic relationship and your overarching goal of therapy. Creating a safe, respectful, non-judgmental environment is important to me. If you choose to move forward, during the following sessions we will establish your goals, moving you toward the best version of yourself.
