Great to meet you!

Hello! I am looking forward to getting to meet and know you as we work together. I am an art therapist (ATR) and licensed mental health counselor (LMHC). I enjoy working with children, teens, and adults with a specializations in women's issues, giftedness in teenagers, life transitions or adjustments, anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is creative, person-centered and seeks to create a safe space within the therapy relationship. I am a naturally warm, inquisitive, and creative person which you will experience within the therapy space. As an art therapist, I support clients in learning to use art to visualize and better understand your emotions and experiences. I will serve as a support and guide in exploring self expression through art materials.

What you can expect from me

I offer a creative space to explore and express yourself through art. Art therapy is personal, with no single formula for success, and no art experience is needed—just an open mind and curiosity. I’ll guide you with materials and techniques to help achieve your unique goals. My aim is for you to feel understood and seen, both by me as your therapist and yourself. Together, we’ll build a meaningful relationship with yourself, explore your goals, and nurture creativity for deeper self-expression.
