Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with individuals and couples navigating trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Much of my work focuses on developmental trauma and helping people understand how past experiences shape the ways they think, feel, and relate to others today. I also provide marriage and couples counseling for partners who want to improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen their connection. My approach is thoughtful and collaborative, and I strive to create a space where people feel safe enough to explore, grow, and heal at their own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in creating a space where people feel safe enough to be honest about their experiences. I often help clients explore how past experiences, including developmental trauma, shape the beliefs they hold about themselves, their relationships, and the world around them. I integrate trauma-informed approaches, cognitive work, and deeper emotional processing to help people understand patterns that may be keeping them stuck and begin creating meaningful change. Whether working with individuals or couples, my goal is to support clients in developing insight, strengthening their relationships, and moving toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to be a space where they can begin sharing their story at their own pace without feeling rushed or judged. I focus on getting to know what has brought someone to therapy, what they’ve been carrying, and what they hope might change. Together we start identifying goals and patterns that may be affecting their well-being or relationships. My goal is to create an environment that feels thoughtful, supportive, and collaborative so clients can begin the work of healing and growth.
