Great to meet you!

Have past experiences continued to impact how you feel, think, or show up in your relationships today?

Healing is possible. For more than 13 years, I have helped children, teens, and adults navigate trauma, PTSD, addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship challenges. Together, we'll create a space where you can feel understood, process difficult experiences, and develop tools to move forward with confidence.

As a mother of four and a therapist trained in EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I bring both professional expertise and genuine compassion to my work. My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and equipped to create lasting change.

I earned my MSW from the University of Denver and have provided care across a range of mental health settings, allowing me to meet clients wherever they are in their journey.

My approach to therapy

My style of therapy is a little different than the “normal” therapist. I do believe the best way to learn is by having fun and in therapy type setting that can be a challenge. I help clients feel their emotions while also having moments (when appropriate) of humor and sarcasm. In my experience that helps people feel more comfortable and able to share the hard things they need to process through.

What you can expect from me

During the first session I will get to know you and find out your reason for coming to therapy. I will then discuss with you what you are comfortable working on and set up goals to do that. I will never push anyone to work of something they are not ready for even if I believe it is important. A client has to be comfortable and forcing something will never work.
