Great to meet you!

Becoming a parent, navigating a major life transition, or simply trying to hold everything together can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself. You may find yourself constantly worrying, feeling emotionally exhausted, questioning who you are, or wondering why the things that once felt manageable suddenly feel so heavy.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, maternal mental health concerns, postpartum depression and anxiety, women's issues, and life transitions. I believe that healing isn't about becoming someone new, it's about reconnecting with who you are underneath the stress, expectations, and challenges you've been carrying. With advanced training in perinatal mental health, I provide a compassionate, supportive space where you can slow down, feel understood, and rediscover your strengths while building a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and authentic.

My approach to therapy

Clients often describe me as warm, genuine, and encouraging. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to be honest about their struggles and supported enough to recognize their own resilience. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I see my role as walking alongside you while helping you uncover the strengths and tools you already possess.

My approach is grounded in strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed care. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, strengths-based therapy, psychoeducation, attachment-focused approaches, and supportive therapy tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we'll identify patterns contributing to distress, build practical coping strategies, improve emotional well-being, and create lasting change that supports the life you want to live.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a chance to exhale and put down some of what you've been carrying. We'll spend time understanding your story, discussing your goals, and exploring what support looks like for you.

Clients often leave therapy feeling heard, validated, and more hopeful about the future. Over time, many experience reduced anxiety, increased confidence, healthier relationships, improved coping skills, and a stronger sense of self. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can reconnect with your strengths, gain clarity, and move forward with greater peace and purpose.
