Great to meet you!

I’m really glad you’re here and considering therapy. I offer a warm, welcoming space where you can pause, breathe, and talk openly about what’s been weighing on you. You don’t need to have the perfect words or a clear plan, just a willingness to show up as you are. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re going through at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My style is open, honest, and collaborative. I pull from different therapeutic approaches depending on what you need, so we can find what fits you best rather than forcing a one‐size‐fits‐all solution. I’ll check in with you regularly so we can adjust what we’re doing and make sure it continues to feel helpful.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, straightforward conversation focused on what brings you in and what you’re hoping will feel different. From there, we’ll explore how I can best support you in your therapy journey. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll create a simple plan together so you know what our next steps will look like.
