Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to supporting individuals in their journey toward healing, growth, and deeper self-understanding. My work is rooted in creating a space that feels both grounded and supportive—where clients can explore their experiences with curiosity, compassion, and intention.

I have experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. I am especially passionate about helping clients reconnect with themselves, better understand their patterns, and build practical tools that support both emotional well-being and day-to-day functioning.

Through my practice, The Grounded Mind, I strive to offer care that feels both personalized and meaningful—meeting each client where they are while supporting where they want to go.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in authenticity. I believe that meaningful change happens when clients feel safe, understood, and supported, so I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation of our work.

I integrate a range of evidence-based approaches while remaining flexible to each client’s unique needs. My style is warm, reflective, and insight-oriented, while also being practical and goal-focused when needed. Together, we work to increase self-awareness, develop effective coping strategies, and create lasting, meaningful change.

At the core of my work is the belief that healing happens when we are able to both root deeply—understanding ourselves at a deeper level—and rise confidently into the lives we want to create.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity to begin building connection and understanding. Clients can expect a calm, welcoming space where they are invited to share at their own pace, without pressure or judgment.

We will explore what has brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to gain from the process, and any goals or intentions you may have. I will also provide guidance on how I work and answer any questions you may have, so you feel informed and comfortable moving forward.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and grounded—with a clearer sense of direction and what our work together can look like.
