Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed mental health therapist and registered dietitian with 25 years of experience supporting individuals to overcome their struggles, reach their goals, and experience enhanced wellbeing. I create a safe, nonjudgemental space where you can explore your emotions, experiences, and behaviors at your own pace. You don't have to face this journey alone. Professional help can be a catapult for transformation. I provide you with both the information and the tools to make lasting changes.

Personally, I love the outdoors, but I also enjoy being inside with a good book or a great movie. I like to get creative in the kitchen and try new recipes. Lastly, I like spending time with friends and family biking or skiing and walking my golden retriever.

My approach to therapy

I'm trained in mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma, health coaching, and motivational interviewing. I derive great meaning and purpose in my own life by helping individuals achieve their optimal health and wellbeing and experience transformation through a holistic, mindful, and compassionate approach based on each person’s unique values and goals. I work with adults and teens.

What you can expect from me

Are you dealing with anxiety or depression, struggling with eating disorders or disordered eating, or facing a difficult health issue? I partner with you to uncover the barriers that are getting in your way so that you can live with greater ease and enjoy your life more.
