I earned my MSW from Stony Brook University in 2018. I have worked with clients in outpatient treatment agencies and within schools. I am certified by NYU in Family and Child Therapy. I aim to develop a strong, comfortable, and safe relationship in order to provide the best treatment to help reach goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a mindful, compassionate, client centered approach. I use compassion, humor, play and art therapy, and strategic therapeutic interventions. My focus areas include anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, school related issues, and trauma.
