ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS/ CLIENTS!! Do you feel like you are stuck and getting nowhere? I can help you change that and get results by focusing on what you want to change or accomplish. I will assist with clarifying the issues causing discomfort and help you to live a more fulfilling life with improved relationships and mood. I understand this can be a scary step to take and will not judge you, but will provide you with support, encouragement and professional expertise in alleviating the pain and discomfort you're experiencing. I'll work with you to get the quickest results, so that life is more balanced.

My approach to therapy

Initial training of four years in cognitive therapy, to assist others gain an understanding of how self-talk influences mood and behavior. Added to that considerable training in critical incident stress debriefing, traumatic stress, attachment and relationships, chemical dependency, mood disorders and personality disorders.
