Great to meet you!

Welcome! Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Texas and Louisiana with more than a decade of experience supporting children, teens, adults, seniors, couples, and families. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from Texas State University and my Master of Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University, specializing in Services to Families. Throughout my career, I've worked in outpatient mental health, substance use treatment, community organizations, and private practice, giving me the opportunity to support people through a wide range of life's challenges. The clients I work with often seek therapy for anxiety, emotional exhaustion and burnout, pregnancy or postpartum changes, relationship or communication challenges, grief, stress, trauma, major life transitions, and adjusting to aging, caregiving, retirement, or loss. I also work with children and teens who are struggling with anxiety, big emotions, behavioral changes, low self-esteem, school-related concerns, or difficulty expressing their thoughts and feelings. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your relationship, or your family, I'm here to help you gain insight, build effective coping skills, strengthen your relationships, and move forward with greater confidence and hope.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I use evidence-based therapies to help reduce anxiety, improve mood, strengthen relationships, build resilience, and support lasting emotional well-being. Whether I'm working with adults, couples, children, or teens, my goal is to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and empowered. Together, we’ll work on building resilience, developing coping strategies, and fostering personal growth. My goal is to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, manage challenges like anxiety or trauma, and move toward healing and peace in your life.
