Great to meet you!

At the heart of my work is connection. I provide therapy for teens ages 12 and up, adults, seniors, and couples across Colorado who may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or impacted by trauma, grief, relationship stress, family conflict, ADHD, life transitions, or major changes in identity and self-trust.

Many of the people I work with are carrying a lot on the inside while trying to keep it together on the outside. You may understand your patterns, but still feel anxiety, stress, shame, grief, or old survival responses showing up in your body, relationships, or daily life.

Therapy with me is warm, grounded, honest, and collaborative. You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. We will work together to help you feel more connected to yourself, more regulated in your nervous system, and more able to move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

My background includes trauma-informed work in high-acuity clinical settings, school-based mental health, crisis support, substance use treatment, and private practice. I bring both clinical experience and a deep respect for the courage it takes to begin again.

We need your light. ✨ It is time.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, somatic, trauma-informed, and rooted in helping you reconnect with yourself. I believe therapy is most effective when we work with the mind, body, emotions, relationships, and nervous system together.

Depending on your needs and goals, I may draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, attachment-based therapy, EMDR-informed therapy, Internal Family Systems/parts-informed work, Gottman-informed couples therapy, nervous system regulation, and practical coping skills.

I support clients in noticing what is happening emotionally, relationally, and physically, so we can better understand the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. From there, we work toward new ways of responding that feel more grounded, authentic, and aligned.

I also value the healing role of nature, creativity, humor, and body-based awareness. My style is compassionate and down-to-earth. I am not here to judge you or “fix” you. I am here to help you come home to yourself.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about connection, safety, and beginning to understand what brings you to therapy now. My priority is creating a calm, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are.

We will talk about what has been feeling hard, what you have already tried, what you hope will change, and what kind of support feels most helpful. There is no pressure to have the perfect words, tell your whole story right away, or know exactly where to begin.

Together, we will start identifying your goals and building a shared sense of direction for the work ahead. You can expect warmth, honesty, curiosity, and practical support as we begin helping you feel more steady, clear, and connected to yourself.
