Great to meet you!

I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring life’s challenges, processing difficult emotions, and gaining a deeper understanding of themselves. I know that starting therapy can feel vulnerable, so I work to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported from the very beginning. I’m especially passionate about helping individuals navigate concerns related to trauma, anxiety, stress, relationships, and family issues while building insight, resilience, and healthier ways of coping.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide guidance, encouragement, and practical tools to help you move toward the changes you want to make. I work to meet each client where they are and tailor treatment to their unique needs, strengths, and goals. Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I help clients develop insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to be a welcoming, supportive, and pressure-free space to begin sharing their story. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you’re currently facing, and what you hope to get out of the process. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and understood while also beginning to identify your goals and the areas where you’d like support. Starting therapy can bring up a mix of emotions, and that’s completely normal. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you and begin building a foundation for a strong therapeutic relationship.
