Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re used to handling everything on your own. If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or questioning who you are becoming, you’re not alone.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. Many of my clients appear high functioning on the outside but feel disconnected, self critical, or exhausted internally. Therapy becomes a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and move forward with clarity.

My approach to therapy

There is no one size fits all approach to growth. I pay attention to patterns, remember the details that matter, and help you connect the dots between past experiences and present struggles. Our work is collaborative and thoughtful. I will listen closely, ask meaningful questions, and offer practical tools so therapy feels active and purposeful rather than repetitive.

You won’t be judged or rushed. You also won’t be left circling the same conversation without direction. We work toward real insight and real change.

What you can expect from me

We begin with an initial session focused on understanding your story, your goals, and what feels most urgent right now. From there, we build a plan that supports both immediate relief and long term growth.

You can expect consistency, engagement, and honesty. I bring curiosity and intention into each session so you feel supported while also challenged in the ways that help you grow. Therapy should feel grounded, human, and meaningful. That is the space I aim to create.
