Great to meet you!
Clients often come to me when they are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying more than they’ve been able to process on their own. Many are used to being the strong one, the one who holds everything together—and are finally at a point where they’re ready for support that feels steady, structured, and safe.
My approach is grounded, direct, and compassionate. I don’t believe in rushing the process or offering surface-level solutions. Instead, I focus on helping you understand what you’re experiencing, where it’s coming from, and how to begin shifting patterns in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.
I have extensive experience working with trauma, substance use, crisis stabilization, and individuals navigating complex life stressors. I also work with children, adolescents, and adults, including those who are neurodiverse or have experienced high-stress or unstable environments. My background includes supporting individuals affected by domestic violence and those working through long-standing emotional and behavioral patterns.
In addition to clinical work, I am trained in trauma-focused modalities such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Trauma Incident Reduction (TIR), and I am Reiki certified. When appropriate, I incorporate a more holistic perspective—recognizing the connection between emotional, mental, and physical responses to stress and trauma.
What matters most to me is creating an environment where you feel both supported and guided. Therapy should feel like a place where you can be honest, without judgment, while also having a clear path forward.
This work is not about fixing you—it’s about helping you understand yourself, regain stability, and move toward a place that feels more aligned, grounded, and manageable.
