Great to meet you!

Licensed in New Jersey, Florida, and Virginia. I work with young adults, adults, and older adults using a trauma-informed, person-centered approach. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, serious and persistent mental illness (including bipolar disorder and schizophrenia), substance use, grief and loss, cognitive changes, aging-related transitions, caregiver stress, and burnout.

My goal is not just symptom relief, but meaningful, lasting change; supporting clients in reconnecting with themselves, strengthening relationships, building clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being.

I offer individual therapy and couples therapy, helping clients strengthen emotional regulation, improve communication, manage anger, and move through conflict in healthier, more intentional ways. My work is both compassionate and direct, blending evidence-based interventions with deep relational insight.

My approach to therapy

Clients often describe me as empathetic, direct, and invested in their growth. I strive to create a space that feels safe and non-judgmental, while being honest and challenging when needed. Therapy is not a one size fits all. Healing is not linear. I will meet you where you're at and we will walk this journey together, utilizing a combination of tools and approaches to implement lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Throughout our time together you can expect me to: Provide support for anxiety, mood instability, psychosis, grief, or burnout through a personalized, evidence-based approach.

Treatment emphasizes understanding your experiences, strengthening emotional regulation, and building practical skills—so you feel validated, steadier, and more confident in your ability to move forward with intention and strength.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying more than feels manageable, you don’t have to face it alone. Therapy can be a space to slow down, feel understood, and find steadier ground. Together, we can work toward relief, clarity, and meaningful change at your pace.
