Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward addressing your mental health is an important one, and I’m here to support you along the way. I am a Creative Arts Therapist with 10 years of experience in the behavioral health field, including experience working in a behavioral health hospital with individuals facing a wide range of challenges. I believe therapy should be a collaborative and supportive process where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you better understand your needs, and work together toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy begins with building a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel safe, heard, and respected. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing addiction and substance use concerns, while also supporting clients with a wide range of mental health concerns, family dynamics, and relationship challenges. I believe therapy should be collaborative and tailored to your individual needs, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we will identify meaningful goals and develop a treatment plan that feels realistic, manageable, and supportive of the changes you want to make.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin creating a comfortable, safe space for you to share what brings you to therapy. We will discuss your current concerns, strengths, challenges, and what you hope to gain from treatment without feeling pressured to have everything figured out right away. Together, we will begin identifying goals that are meaningful to you and develop a treatment plan that feels manageable and realistic. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and confident that we have a direction to work toward together.
