My approach to therapy

Holly’s dedication to trauma recovery is grounded in both rigorous clinical training and profound personal understanding through her own lived experience. Holly brings a deeply empathetic, client-centered approach to her practice. She integrates Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Gottman methods, mindfulness, somatic experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), narrative and expressive arts therapy, and trauma-informed advocacy to help clients navigate relational challenges, break free from intergenerational abuse patterns, and establish firm, healthy boundaries.
