Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience working with a variety of mental health diagnoses. I am passionate about working with children, teens, and adults. I offer expertise in managing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, family conflicts, and supporting families after adoption. I believe everyone deserves to feel loved and supported. I want to help you experience these feelings in your relationships and feel your best self!

My approach to therapy

I take an eclectic approach with clients, typically including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy strategies, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques. During treatment, we will work collaboratively to address individualized goals that are important to you.

What you can expect from me

I take a non-judgmental and collaborative approach to treatment, working on goals that are important to you. As a result of therapy, my goal is for you to feel an overall improvement in your quality of life. From finding things that bring you joy and help you relax, to aligning your goals and values, you do not have to do this alone. I look forward to meeting you and starting this journey together.
