Holly Hess

My name is Holly Hess. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have over 25 years experience working with individuals of all ages. My specialties include working with people who have experienced abuse, trauma, grief and loss, anxiety and depression, relationship challenges, disabilities and neurodivergent disorders as well as supporting the parents/guardians of children with disabilities.

I strive to build a trusting, therapeutic relationship with each person using a relational and strengths-based approach . My hope is to help each person understand their unique abilities, which they can build upon to identify and heal wounds from trauma, abuse, isolation, grief, and oppression.

My goal is for each client to feel like they have been heard, validated, and provided some tools that can help them integrate the work they do in counseling into their daily lives.
