Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a open-minded, caring, and energetic therapist with a background in treating a variety of mental health concerns. I have had my private practice for about 10 years. Prior to private practice, I was working in the substance abuse field and treated occurring disorders for 10 years. I love working with clients to identify and understand their strengths and how to use them to build a quality life with continued growth.

My approach to therapy

I have a strength-based approach and use motivational interviewing, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques and many Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques. I believe that each client may benefit from a customized approach to best suit their needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Each session clients will be able to increase their insight and understanding of their thoughts and feelings. Clients will develop tangible and measurable tools to help improve their quality of life.
