Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Holly. I have 5+ years specializing in perinatal mental health and birthwork. Welcome to my practice!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a passion for helping individuals understand themselves on a deep level and heal from past trauma and emotional pain. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey, and I partner with my clients to create a safe, supportive space where they can explore who they are, where they’ve been, and who they want to become.

I have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of concerns, including addiction, anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, OCD, BPD, PTSD, psychosis, and schizophrenia. My work is rooted in a genuine desire to help people not only heal, but truly thrive and come into alignment with their true selves.

In addition to my clinical training, I also incorporate a spiritual perspective into my work for clients who are open to it. I believe that healing can happen on many levels, including those that go beyond what we can see, and I enjoy supporting clients in exploring how spirituality can be part of their growth and transformation.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, client-centered, and strengths-based. I tailor my work to meet each client’s unique needs, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities including EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, CBT, Schema Therapy, and mindfulness practices.

I view therapy as a collaborative process where you are the expert on your own life, and I bring tools, guidance, and support to help you navigate your journey. My style is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and deeply curious—I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood.

For clients who are interested, I also integrate a spiritual healing lens, supporting exploration of meaning, connection, and the unseen aspects of life that can contribute to healing and personal growth!

What you can expect from me

In every session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where you can share your story at your own pace. My priority is to help you feel comfortable and safe, without pressure or judgment.

We will discuss your background, experiences, and current challenges, while also giving you space to express what feels most important.

Together, we will identify areas of focus and create a path forward that aligns with your needs and values. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the work we do together.
