Great to meet you!

My passion is helping women to regain a feeling of control and authorship in their lives. I specialize in helping women with postpartum depression/anxiety, self-esteem issues and stress from life transitions. I received my Ph.D. in counseling psychology from Ohio State in 2008. I'm a licensed psychologist with over 15 years of experience.

My approach to therapy

I am extremely supportive, warm and non-judgmental. My goal is to create a space where you can be gently present with the totality of your experience and to assist you with unlocking your inner wisdom. I've had the privilege of walking alongside many women in their journey and I'd be honored to accompany you in yours!

What you can expect from me

Too often as women, we expend so much energy trying to be the best worker/mother/partner we can be and end up putting our own needs at the bottom of the list. We may struggle with disempowering beliefs about ourself that we can't seem to break free from that undercut our true value and worth. We typically only come to therapy if we're hurting a great deal; though choosing to directly confront and sit with our pain can be difficult, it also has the potential to be truly transformative!
