Great to meet you!

With over two decades of experience in behavioral health, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to walking alongside you through life’s challenges. I know it can be hard to reach out, and I meet you with warmth, respect, and care. Together, we will explore what is bringing you to therapy now and identify the changes you are hoping to make in your life.

My practice is rooted in compassion, respect, and a deep belief that you are the expert in your own life. I take time to understand your unique story, values, and strengths so we can tailor our work to what truly fits you. In our sessions, you can expect a calm, nonjudgmental space where your emotions and experiences are welcomed and taken seriously.

I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you move forward with more clarity and confidence. If you are ready to take the next step, I would be honored to support you on your path toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, and the effects of trauma. Using a trauma-informed and client-centered approach, I support clients in gaining insight into their emotional and behavioral patterns while developing practical skills to improve focus, regulate emotions, and navigate life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where you don’t have to have everything figured out before you arrive. My focus is on helping you feel comfortable, safe, and supported as we begin getting to know what’s been weighing on you. With a trauma-focused approach, I move at your pace and want you to feel in control of what you share. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, how past experiences may still be affecting your present, and what healing might look like for you. Together, we’ll start identifying goals such as feeling more emotionally grounded, building healthier coping tools, improving relationships, and creating a greater sense of safety and confidence in your day-to-day life. Above all, I aim to create a compassionate, down-to-earth environment where you feel truly heard and never judged.
