Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm glad you're here. If you've been feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, questions about your identity, or a major life transition, you don't have to carry it all alone. You may feel stuck, disconnected from yourself, or unsure of what comes next. I work with adults navigating these challenges, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community and women seeking a space where they can feel understood, supported, and empowered. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself and build a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and aligned with what matters most to you.

My work focuses on supporting adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, relationship concerns, self-esteem, chronic stress, grief, and life transitions. I provide an affirming, trauma-informed approach that honors your unique experiences while helping you build practical tools for lasting growth. Whether you're navigating a difficult season or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I'm here to meet you where you are!

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a genuine partnership, not a place where you feel judged or told what to do. My role is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are while we work together toward the life you want to build. I tailor every session to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we'll explore the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that have shaped your story while developing practical skills to help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, emotional resilience, and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you've never talked openly about what you're carrying or you've wondered whether your struggles are "big enough" to deserve support. You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling heard, accepted, and a little less alone than when you arrived. Together, we'll work to strengthen your relationships, build healthier boundaries, improve emotional regulation, and deepen your understanding of yourself. Over time, many clients find they feel more confident making decisions, more connected to their values, and better equipped to handle life's ups and downs with clarity and self-trust. Therapy is a place where healing happens one conversation at a time, at a pace that feels right for you.
