Great to meet you!

I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, chronic illness, and major life stress. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from carrying too much for too long. My style is steady, collaborative, and down to earth. I focus on helping clients build stability, understand themselves more deeply, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, steady, and collaborative. I help clients build emotional stability, understand their nervous system, and safely work through difficult experiences at a pace that feels manageable. I draw from evidence-based therapies including CBT, CPT, DBT, and ACT, tailoring treatment to each person’s needs. Therapy with me is grounded and supportive—we take the work seriously, but there’s also room for honesty, humanity, and humor when appropriate.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you’ve been carrying. I’ll ask thoughtful questions and help you begin to make sense of your experiences, while moving at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.
