Great to meet you!

Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported as we work through life's challenges together.

I believe that healing happens within safe and supportive relationships. In our work together, I strive to offer a calm, grounded presence where you can explore difficult experiences, develop insight, and build healthier patterns.

I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, life stress, and relationship challenges. My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as EMDR and trauma informed therapy while honoring your unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step. You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. My role is to walk alongside you, offering steady support as you move toward greater clarity, peace, and connection.

Together, let’s find the peace you deserve. I welcome you to reach out when you’re ready to begin.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, attachment wounds, and recovery from substance use. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma informed. I integrate EMDR, cognitive behavioral strategies, and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients process difficult experiences, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change.

My ideal client is someone who feels overwhelmed by anxiety, past experiences, or life stress and is ready to begin understanding themselves more deeply. They may feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, struggle with relationships, or find themselves constantly overthinking or feeling on edge.

Many of the individuals I work with have experienced trauma or difficult life events and want support in processing those experiences so they can move forward with greater peace and stability. They may be highly self-aware but unsure how to make lasting changes.

Together, we focus on building insight, developing healthier coping strategies, and working through the underlying experiences that continue to affect the present. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and connected in their lives and relationships.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will spend time talking about what has been going on in your life and what led you to seek therapy. I will ask some questions to better understand your experiences, your strengths, and what you hope will be different moving forward.

The first session is also a chance for you to see if you are comfortable working with me. Therapy works best when you feel safe and supported, and we will move at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to create a calm and supportive space where you feel comfortable beginning your journey toward healing. Together, let's find the peace you deserve.
