Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker and licensed school social worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional balance. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and adjustment-related stress, and grief counseling.

My approach to therapy

My approach is casual, collaborative, and client-centered—I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood, even when it’s hard to put feelings into words.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. You’ll have space to share your concerns, experiences, and what you’re hoping to get out of the process at your own pace—there’s no pressure to have everything figured out or to share more than you’re comfortable with.

Most importantly, the first session is about building comfort and trust. It’s an opportunity for you to ask questions, get a feel for my approach, and decide if this feels like a good fit for you.
