Great to meet you!

If you've ever felt like you're moving through life a little out of sync with yourself, like something is pulling you off course and you can't quite name it, you're not alone. And you're in the right place.

I'm a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinical Nurse Specialist, and my approach to care is anything but one-size-fits-all. I believe that true healing happens when we tend to the whole person, your mind, your body, and your spirit, and that you already hold a lot of the wisdom you need. My job is to help you access it.

My approach to therapy

I bring together both conventional and complementary approaches to care, including psychiatric medications, energy healing, nutrition, and ketamine-assisted therapy. I also have a trusted network of practitioners, including acupuncture, massage, and Reiki specialists, that I can connect you with when it feels like the right fit.

Together, we'll use therapeutic listening, intuition, and gentle meditation practices to help identify what's been keeping you stuck or pulling you away from your sense of purpose. When you reconnect with your own inner knowing, clarity tends to follow, and so does the confidence to move forward.

What you can expect from me

What we create together is a plan that is truly yours, one that honors all of who you are and supports you in living a more integrated, self-directed life.

If that sounds like what you've been looking for or something you'd like to learn more about, I'd love to connect.
