Great to meet you!

Hi I’m Holly, for 10 years I have had the amazing privilege to walk along clients life journey

I get it! Trying to choose the right therapist from a bio is like choosing a new restaurant based on their napkins

Probably why you have read so many by now

While I guarantee I’m not everyone’s choice, I can guarantee the strength that brought you to start, is the right choice.

I’m here to make this next step feel a little easier by creating a space rooted in nonjudgmental understanding, empathy, and acceptance—all wrapped up in a laid-back style. And who knows, we might even share a healing laugh or two along the way.

Please feel free to message me with any questions or if you would like to know more than what I have shared :)

A bit about my approach to therapy

My first priority in therapy is simple: to build a genuine connection, in your own personal style —because let’s be honest, talking about your feelings with a stranger can feel weird (kind of like an awkward elevator ride, but with more emotional unpacking). My goal for you is to feel comfortable, understood, and even a little relieved, not someone just nodding along, but who actually gets it. My approach is person-centered, which means I get to meet you exactly where you are, while learning who you are. Whether your feeling angry, depressed, anxious, have scars of past or present trauma, or just wondering why life didn’t come with an instruction manual. Together, we’ll create a compassionate space as you join my imperfect self with your beautifully imperfect self. And yes even laugh when life’s absurdities deserve it. We’ll work together to process & heal from the past or present, mild or severe symptoms. One of the most powerful tools I specialize in is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I could dive into the science behind it, but I’ll save the technical details for a session. What’s more important to know is that it’s highly effective—not just for trauma, but for a wide range of emotional challenges. The best part? Change and healing can sometimes happen in just a few sessions. It’s a favorite for many because it’s not your typical talk therapy—you don’t have to share every detail of your story to see meaningful results.

What you can expect from our first session

Imagine for a moment what your life could look like after therapy. What if you could wake up at peace, more confident with life’s ups & down’s? What if you could finally accept & love yourself again or finally free from the emotional weights and trauma of the past, or anger or depression. This is my goal of what to expect to take away from therapy. Helping you move forward in a life where you feel empowered, connected, healed, fearless and ready to embrace the future with hope and confidence.
