Great to meet you!

I work with tweens, teens, and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, school stress, life transitions, emotional regulation, and overwhelming emotions.

Whether you're dealing with everyday stress, navigating friendships, adjusting to college, a new stage of life, or feeling stuck, I provide a supportive space where you can be yourself without worrying about being judged.

My approach is relaxed, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I use practical, evidence-based approaches to help you build coping skills, manage difficult emotions, improve confidence, and navigate life's challenges. Sessions are focused on helping you develop tools that feel realistic and useful so you can feel more in control, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I believe therapy should feel like a conversation where you feel heard, respected, and supported while working toward goals that matter most to you. Whether you're looking to reduce anxiety, improve relationships, manage ADHD symptoms, increase motivation, or simply better understand yourself, we'll work together to help you move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and practical. I incorporate evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques to help clients manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and life transitions.

I use visuals, worksheets, and real-life strategies to make therapy engaging, easy to understand, and applicable outside of sessions.

I take time to understand your goals, your strengths, and what's getting in the way so we can create a plan that works for you. Together, we'll build practical coping skills, improve emotional awareness, strengthen resilience, and help you feel more confident handling whatever life brings your way.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what's been going on in your life, and what you're hoping will be different. There's no pressure to share everything at once. We will go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I'll ask questions about your current concerns, relationships, family, school or work, medical and mental health history, and the strengths you already have. This helps me understand the bigger picture so we can create a plan that fits your needs and goals.
