Great to meet you!

I’ve spent more than 20 years supporting children, teens, adults, families, and couples through life’s challenges. I specialize in helping teens and young adults navigate the transition into adulthood, offering a calm, supportive space to gain clarity and confidence. My early career was with the Nevada Department of Child and Family Services providing play and art therapy, and I continue to love working with couples, including premarital sessions. I also work with trauma, anxiety, grief, LGBTQ+ clients, and many first responders.

My background includes years of experience with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, and LGBTQ+ concerns, as well as extensive work with police, fire, healthcare workers and other first responders. Whether you’re facing major life changes or everyday stress, I offer a grounded and compassionate approach to help you feel supported and understood.

My approach to therapy

My style is solution-focused, meaning our work together is active and aimed at helping you create meaningful change. Clients often notice a rapid shift in thoughts, behaviors, and overall well-being. My goal is to help you move forward feeling stronger, more empowered, and ready for what comes next.

What you can expect from me

Initial sessions will always start with an exploration of your history and a detailed discussion of what you hope to accomplish in your therapy sessions. If you are new to the process or unsure what to expect, I will try to help direct you towards goals that that will make a significant impact on your day to day functioning.
