Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Holly :) I’m a warm, down-to-earth therapist who believes real change starts with feeling safe and truly seen. I’ve spent over 15 years supporting kids, teens, and adults through everything from anxiety and stress to trauma, addiction, and relationship challenges.

I’ve worked in schools, hospitals, and treatment centers, but what matters most to me is helping you reconnect with your strength—especially during the hard seasons of life. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me outdoors, near the water, or spending time with my two kids.

Clients often describe me as compassionate, easy to talk to, and someone who makes them feel comfortable right away.

When not working she enjoys spending time outside, near water, and with her two children who are 8 & 11.

My approach to therapy

I believe everyone deserves a space where they can show up exactly as they are—no pressure, no judgment. Our work together is centered on connection, because feeling understood is where healing really begins.

We’ll focus on helping you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want. I’ll be there to support, encourage, and gently guide you, while making sure you always feel in control of your own process.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but we’ll take it at your pace. In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where you can share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with.

Together, we’ll talk through what’s been weighing on you and what you’re hoping for moving forward. Most clients leave feeling relieved, supported, and more hopeful—like they don’t have to figure it all out on their own anymore.

Over time, our sessions become a place for clarity, growth, and real change—helping you move forward with more confidence and a stronger sense of self.
