Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and life transitions. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about supporting individuals as they work through challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel safe, supported, and genuinely heard. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based, focusing on helping you recognize your existing strengths while developing practical tools to manage life's difficulties. Together, we will work to increase self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and create a path forward that aligns with your values, goals, and overall well-being. My goal is to empower you to navigate challenges with greater confidence and build a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and authentic.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I believe therapy is most effective when it is personalized to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals, and I strive to create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable exploring challenges and working toward meaningful change.

I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based approaches to help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves, identify patterns that may be holding them back, and build practical skills for growth. Together, we will explore what is already working in your life, address obstacles that may be standing in your way, and develop tools that support lasting resilience, well-being, and personal fulfillment. My goal is to help you feel empowered, capable, and confident as you move toward the life you want to create.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a strong foundation for our work together. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore the concerns that are most important to you, and identify the goals you hope to achieve through the therapeutic process.

I also believe it’s important to recognize and build upon your strengths, not just focus on the challenges you’re facing. Throughout our conversation, I strive to create a supportive, compassionate, and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences and asking questions.

By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer understanding of how we can work together, what therapy may look like moving forward, and the next steps we can take to support your growth, healing, and overall well-being.
