Great to meet you!
Maybe you keep repeating the same painful patterns in relationships. Maybe your emotions hit harder and faster than you can handle, or something that happened years ago still follows you. Maybe you know something needs to change but can’t quite make yourself start. If any of that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor in Lubbock, and I work with adults who are ready to stop just getting through the day. I have more than 20 years of experience in crisis work, child protection, and trauma, so very little surprises me. You won’t have to soften your story for me.
I earned my Master of Education in Counselor Education from Texas Tech University and a bachelor’s in psychology from St. Edward’s University. I’ve also completed doctoral coursework toward a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision at Texas Tech, where I helped teach graduate counseling students and became a member of Chi Sigma Iota, the counseling honor society.
I commonly help with:
- Trauma and difficult childhood experiences
- Overwhelming emotions, anxiety, and mood swings
- Relationship patterns that keep repeating
- Feeling stuck, unmotivated, or ambivalent about change
