Great to meet you!

Sometimes your mind understands what’s happened, but your body still holds the impact. I’m trained in EMDR and Brainspotting, approaches that help gently process those deeper layers. My work integrates mindfulness and somatic awareness to support nervous system regulation, so change doesn’t just feel intellectual, it feels real, grounded, and lasting.

My approach to therapy

I create a space where curiosity can replace shame, and every part of your experience is met with respect and care. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded. We move at your pace, building insight, resilience, and deeper connection as we make sense of your experiences together.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a relaxed, supportive conversation focused on getting to know you, what’s bringing you in, what’s been working, and where you’re feeling stuck. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your story, while making sure you feel comfortable and not overwhelmed. By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of direction and what working together can look like.
