Hello! I am a family and psychiatric nurse practitioner that has experience with clients all across the lifespan. My professional interests include the effect of movement and diet on health. Personally, I have unending interests including traveling, being outdoors, reading, cooking, and spending time with my two dogs - both of whom are pretty much guaranteed to make an appearance at some point during our visits!

I have a friendly and direct approach to care and enjoy discussing adjunctive therapies that can be helpful in treatment.
