Holly Woodard

I am a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner located in upstate New York. I completed my education at the University of Rochester. I have been practicing in multiple diverse mental health settings for the past 18 years. I specialize in the child and adolescent population as well as have extensive experience with young adult and adult populations. My areas of expertise include: ADHD, trauma and stressor related disorders, depression, anxiety, OCD, and diagnostic assessments.

I demonstrate genuine positive regard for all and operate on the belief that all people can succeed when given the right tools and supports. I focus on individualistic care that supports your vision for optimal health and happiness.

My goal is to create an environment that fosters trust, connection, and warmth to help be a vessel for change and improvement. Interventions used include diagnostic assessments, psychopharmacological interventions, and supportive psychotherapy.
