Great to meet you!

Welcome—I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 9 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. I provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood.

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship stress, trauma, and major life transitions, etc. My approach is practical and collaborative, using evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care to help you build coping skills, improve communication, and gain clarity.

As both a clinician and community member, I value cultural sensitivity and real-life solutions that fit your unique situation. My goal is to support you in developing resilience, strengthening relationships, and creating a more balanced, fulfilling life. Let's walk through together!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and compassionate. I believe each client’s story is unique, and I work to create a safe, respectful space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. My style is empowering, inspiring and supportive—I don’t just listen, but also provide guidance, tools, and feedback to help you move forward. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship, ADHD, OCD, PTSD and life transitions etc. I also have experience supporting clients in court-mandated programs and those navigating cultural, family, and parenting challenges. My goal is to help you gain tools, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change in your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing your story at your own pace. We will begin by getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and any goals you may already have in mind.

I will ask thoughtful questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and challenges, while also giving you space to share what feels most important. Together, we will start identifying meaningful goals—whether that’s improving emotional regulation, strengthening relationships, reducing stress, or navigating a life transition.

You can expect a collaborative and supportive environment, along with some initial tools or insights you can begin using right away. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path forward.
