Great to meet you!

Whether you are struggling with depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, building intimacy in relationships, responding to emotions, or the stress of being human, it is key to know that you are not alone. I offer a safe and comfortable space to explore these struggles.

My approach to therapy

My upbringing and life experiences have shed light on how feelings, attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors are outside of our conscious awareness. Talking about our childhood experiences helps us process the losses and emotional injuries we suffered as children. The beauty of processing and understanding these experiences is that it can help us heal our childhood wounds so that we don't carry them into our adult lives. Talking about your childhood in therapy can be transformative.

What you can expect from me

I believe that you are the expert of your own life and I would be honored to walk alongside you in this healing process. By developing therapeutic partnerships, my goal is to help you optimize your strengths and resiliency to help create adaptive solutions for everyday life.
