Great to meet you!

I am a wife and mother of two children ages 12 and 14 yo and two dogs. I have lived in DC Metropolitan area for most of my life. I have experienced acculturation and loss of a parent due to cancer. I was raised amongst entrepreneurs, politicians, doctors and lawyers. Despite the challenges, I've found common grounds with people from all walks of life.

My approach to therapy

I bring my unique blend of cultural experiences, resilience, and empathy. Drawing from my diverse background, I approach therapy with an open mind, embracing both traditional and innovative techniques. My journey as an immigrant and my personal losses have instilled a deep understanding of human struggles and passion for helping others navigate their own challenges. I create a safe space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore their emotions and goals.

What you can expect from me

With warmth, insight, and a touch of humor, I guide my clients towards healing and growth, celebrating each step forward in their journey.
