You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Whether you’re navigating parenting challenges, feeling stretched thin as a woman balancing multiple roles, or working through relationship dynamics in your family or partnership, I offer a space that is both supportive and practical—where we can think clearly together about what’s happening and what will help.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 21 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families across community mental health, private practice, and child welfare settings. Also, I am a qualified supervisor in Florida, helping other clinicians develop thoughtful, ethical, and impactful practices. My work is grounded in a relational, solution-focused approach that prioritizes emotional safety, transparency, and forward movement.
Clients often come to me when they want more than just a place to vent—they’re looking for clarity, direction, and meaningful change. Together, we’ll explore patterns, identify what’s getting in the way, and develop realistic, tailored strategies you can actually use in your day-to-day life. I value being direct in a respectful way, collaborative in decision-making, and attentive to the pace that feels right for you.
In our first session, I would like to get to know you and what brings us together. We will explore your history, current concerns, and treatment goals.
