Great to meet you!

Welcome! I work with neurodivergent women and LGBTQ+ people navigating ADHD, Autism, PMDD/PME, anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, or the feeling that they are somehow “too much” or “not enough.” I especially enjoy working with clients during adolescence, college, emerging adulthood, relationship changes, postpartum, and perimenopause, when familiar ways of coping may no longer work.

My approach to therapy

My work draws from CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and parts work, with a particular focus on shame, self-compassion, radical acceptance, and self-trust. I help clients understand how neurodivergence, hormones, mood, and identity intersect, while finding practical ways to navigate emotions and everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Maybe you have spent years trying to fix yourself, keep up, hold it together, or figure out why things seem harder for you than they do for other people. Therapy should not be another place where you feel like you are getting it wrong. It can be a place to feel understood, make sense of your experience, let go of shame, and learn to trust yourself.
