Great to meet you!

Your brain is always going, a constant loop of ideas, worries, and “shoulds.” You feel pulled in a million directions but can’t seem to start or finish the things that matter most. Deadlines sneak up, motivation comes in bursts, and overwhelm feels like your baseline. You might procrastinate until the last minute, avoid things that feel scary or hard, or overcommit to keep everyone happy, only to feel burned out and guilty later. Shame and self-criticism show up daily. More than anything, you want to quiet the mental noise, feel capable and calm, and stop beating yourself up.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, and the stress and shame that come with them. Together we’ll slow things down, make sense of your patterns, and build tools that work for your brain and your life. My approach blends CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and IFS (parts work).

What you can expect from me

You don’t have to keep running on empty or fighting with yourself. Therapy is a space to feel seen, get curious about what’s happening, and try new ways of coping. With the right support, you can move from chaos and self-doubt to feeling grounded, focused, and confident.
